Team Manager & Co-founder
Recognized as one of the top cheerleading coaches and athletes in Indonesia. He is a founding member and key figure of ICC Allstars, contributing significantly to the development of cheerleading in the country. Pleti has represented Indonesia in prestigious international competitions such as the Cheerleading World Championships (CWC) and the World DanceSport Games (WDSG). He is particularly known for his superior individual expertise and performance. In addition to his international achievements, Pleti also coaches several prominent school teams, including SMAN 3 Jakarta Sparkles, SMAN 6 Jakarta Sixers, and SMP Pangudi Luhur Jakarta PLCS.

Novan Jeremy has an extensive career as a cheerleading coach, working with several prestigious teams, including Dazzle at SMAN 47 Jakarta (2009-2019), SMAN 6 Stingers Tangerang Selatan (2010-2019), and ICC Allstars Cheerleading Club (2016-2024). He also coached Lions Cheerleading Club and Lanser at SMPN 111 Jakarta. As an athlete, Novan competed internationally, including in the Cheerleading World Championships (CWC) and World Dance Sport Games (WDSG). His teams have consistently achieved top placements in various national and international events.


Dimas Sindhu Aji Kurnia Putra is a dedicated athlete with a strong non-academic background in gymnastics from an early age, actively competing in both national and international championships. His accomplishments include multiple gold and bronze medals at junior events in Singapore and representing Indonesia in the 2018 Asian Games as the first national trampoline gymnastics athlete. Beyond gymnastics, he is also accomplished in cheerleading, with experience ranging from regional to international competitions, including a third-place finish at the 2014 Cheerleading Asia International Open Championship in Tokyo, Japan.


Shelma Nurkinanty Aoki has a solid background in administration, operations, and public relations, with professional experience at institutions such as Indonesia Investment Authority, PT. Moto Energy Indonesia, and Rockstar Gym. A graduate of the University of Indonesia, she is also a certified Class 2 cheerleading coach with a strong passion for youth development and team coordination.
Dr. dr. Carmen Jahja, Sportmed
Team Doctor, Medical & Scientific
Dr. dr. Carmen S. Y. Jahja, Sportmed, is a leading orthopedic and sports injury consultant who has served as Indonesia’s national team doctor in seven Olympic Games—Atlanta 1996, Sydney 2000, Athens 2004, Beijing 2008, London 2012, Rio 2016, and Tokyo 2020. A graduate of Universitas Indonesia with further specialization in sports medicine from Germany, she is currently Head of Sports Medicine at RS Pondok Indah – Sport Medicine, Injury & Recovery Center. Known for her expertise in injury prevention and rehabilitation, Dr. Carmen also actively contributes to global sports organizations such as BWF and AFC, and is a passionate advocate for athlete health and performance.
